All shows remain on demand for seven days following each performance. 3 sets each night, UM will start promptly at the scheduled time.

Yes, Stream Access Gift Tickets are available for purchase
Your ticket will be good ONLY FOR THE SHOW PURCHASED. Saturday’s shows begin at 8:00 PM CT, and Sunday’s show begins at 7:00 PM CT, with virtual doors opening 15 minutes prior to the show. All shows remain on demand for seven days following each performance. Virtual Doors will open 15 Minutes prior to showtime. Please log on at least 15 minutes before to make sure your video, audio and internet connection is working for the show. Merchandise sales are pre-orders and will be shipped 4-6 weeks after the show commences. Fans will get an email notification from the merchandise company when their order ships. This confirmation email will include tracking information.
You can double-check we have your correct shipping information in the “My Details” section of your account. To access, please login to the show page and click on the red and white Bolt account icon in the lower right-hand corner of the page and then click “My Details”. The shipping form will come up.
All sales are final and Tickets are non-refundable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the limited circumstances that we issue you a refund for a Ticket due to a canceled event (which we may do in our sole discretion), we will issue a refund of the Ticket face value paid. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to the Ticket you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us anytime after the show has started, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase the Ticket from the Site. Should you do so, your Tickets may be canceled, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future Ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.

3. Select the 'SIGN UP' tab on the pop-up
4. Enter your email address and fill in all required fields. . Please note that if you are ordering a t-shirt or other merchandise this information will provide us with your shipping address and t-shirt size.
5. Agree to terms and click on the 'REGISTER' button

If you have a voucher or promo code you can add it by clicking on where it says '+ add voucher'

Yes. Apple Airplay/AppleTV and Chromecast are supported natively in the TourGigs platform player.
We recommend using Puffin TV or TV Cast apps to cast to Roku, Smart TV's and Firestick as we do not have a native app for these platforms.
In regards to watching the event on a Smart TV, this will depend on the model of Smart TV you have. To stream an event you would use your TV's browser to visit the webpage and watch the stream just like on your PC or tablet.
As an alternative to your TV's default browser, you can also try the Puffin TV browser app, which might work in cases where your TV's default browser does not. Although certain models will allow the streaming without any issues, others might not. Please Note: you will need to have a TV that supports the installation of new apps to install Puffin TV.
This is why we normally suggest watching the event on another device, which in turn you can connect to your SmartTV via either Mirror Cast, Screen Sharing, HDMI or any other wireless or wired connection method that your devices support.

1. Log into your account on www.tourgigs.com/shows/UMBowl2021 by clicking on the ‘HAVE A TICKET? LOGIN HERE!’ button under the bundle options.
2. In the bottom-right corner of the screen, you will see a circle as the one below that is your account icon. 
Click it.
3. Click on Purchases to see your order
If you would like to update your information, this can be done by clicking on My Details
Please note: If you would like to change the email address associated with your stream access purchase, you will have to create a new account and email support.tourgigs.com to have the stream access transferred to this new account.
To redeem your gift ticket or voucher, please follow these steps:
1. Sign Upa. Navigate to www.tourgigs.com/shows/UMBowl2021
b. Select the date you want to watch and then select the button for “Single Stream Ticket”
i. Note: Vouchers are only redeemable for Single Stream Tickets
c. A Login/Sign Up window will pop-up. Select the “Sign Up” tab next to where it says “Login”
d. Enter your email address and fill in all required fields.
i. Note: This information will provide us with your billing and shipping address (if applicable). Due to the way this platform works, you are required to input an address.
e. Agree to the terms and click on the “Register” button
Congratulations! You are now registered for an account on www.tourgigs.com/shows/UMBowl2021! Make sure you save this login because you will need it to access the global streaming event.
You can continue directly to the checkout step at this point.
2. Checkout with a Voucher Codea. Enter your voucher or promo code by clicking on where it says “+add voucher”
b. With a valid code entered the payment field will automatically disappear and you will get a “Success” message
c. You can click on the “Access Content” button or anywhere on the screen to continue
3 Checkout with a Credit Carda. Enter your credit card information
b. Click “Pay” to submit your purchase
c. Upon submission of payment you will get a “Success” message. If you paid with a credit card you will receive a payment confirmation via email.
You are all done! Make sure you keep the username and password that you used to sign up on www.tourgigs.com/shows/UMBowl2021 since you will need to log back in to watch the live stream event.
